Yoga is Flow . Its origin emanates from the waters of the Indus, one of the main rivers of India. And Fluindo is a new space in Vigo for the practice of Yoga where these two concepts go hand in hand; the most contemporary flow and the millenary tradition coming from India. This is the focus of our classes and also of the course for the training of new teachers.
Yoga has become popular in recent years and many people use its benefits for physical improvement. This is a very important aspect, but we can go further and delve into its roots by learning techniques to calm the mind, control breathing, reduce anxiety or cultivate positive thinking and thus feel happier every day.
For this, at FluindoYoga we try to preserve a traditional vision of the practice of yoga for a much broader learning. We want to transmit a millenary tradition that transcends times and trends and adapts to all people and in every circumstance.
Our teaching is based on the roots of Hatha Yoga. With a wide range of classes for those who are starting to practice from scratch, as well as advanced and dynamic classes for more experienced practitioners, we will accompany you so that you do not feel stagnant in your practice and can overcome your limitations by adapting the practice to your circumstances. We also practice and teach Ashtanga Yoga for beginners, a more intense and dynamic style of Yoga, for people who are looking for an energetic and transforming routine.
The body reflects our inner world and from physical work, in a regular way and without attachment, we can transform our mind. Every day, as the great master Patanjali taught us, we practice it in our classes through a fluid work, without frustration or competition, with harmony and respect, with stability and comfort in the posture.
